Reports to: Owner/General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our Mediterranean restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and culture, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a track record of success in a similar role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a Mediterranean or similar cuisine restaurant
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and revenue management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with restaurant software, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
