Position: Kitchen Manager

Reports to: General Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our Mediterranean restaurant team. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing and training kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and consistency. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary school or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with at least two years in a management role
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
