Position: Host/Hostess
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our Mediterranean restaurant team. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for managing the reservation system, greeting and seating customers, answering customer questions, and providing a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a host/hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with reservation systems and POS systems is a plus
