Dishwasher

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashers
• Place washed dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in appropriate storage areas
• Ensure that dishes and utensils are clean and ready for use by the kitchen staff
• Sort and remove trash and recycling from the kitchen and dining areas
• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and organization as needed
• Assist with food prep and plating as needed
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a positive customer experience
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager

Position: Dishwasher

Reports to: Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our Mediterranean restaurant team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment by hand or using dishwashers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or similar role preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, such as dishwashers and sanitizing solutions, is a plus
