• Clearing tables and resetting them for new customers
• Assisting servers in bringing food and drinks to tables
• Keeping the dining area clean and tidy
• Refilling water glasses and bread baskets as needed
• Removing used dishes and silverware from tables
• Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as needed
• Stocking and replenishing necessary items, such as napkins and utensils
• Responding to customer requests and inquiries in a polite and timely manner
• Assisting with food prep and plating as needed
• Collaborating with restaurant staff to ensure a positive customer experience
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
• Performing other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our Mediterranean restaurant team. The Busser will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, assisting servers, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a busser or similar role preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with restaurant equipment, such as dishwashers and coffee machines, is a plus
